About me
As a teen I got into both computing and music technology spending many late school nights trying to find that perfect snare sound on a self built PC running Logic (before it was acquired by Apple!). This led me to take music technology at both college and university where I discovered a passion for software development. Having initially worked in live sound and recording studios I had a change of career in which Sonnox took me on as a plugin developer. With the JUCE docs in hand, and the helpful community on the JUCE forums, I gradually found my feet porting and building JUCE plugins. Fast forward 10 years in which I've enjoyed a career at both Sonnox and Focusrite working on a wide range of JUCE and non-JUCE products, as well as managing and helping others to develop in their careers, I've now joined the JUCE team. Hopefully able to give back a little to the community that served me so well.
